DIA 2 YANGON – HEHO – LAGO INLE
Desayuno. Traslado al aeropuerto para el vuelo con destino Heho. Llegada y traslado al lago Inle. A continuación visitaremos los lugares más interesantes del Lago como el pueblo flotante con sus casas de madera de teca y sus canales, el Monasterio Ngaphechaung, también conocido antiguamente como el monasterio de los gatos saltarines, y la Pagoda Phaung Daw Oo. DIA 3 LAGO INLE
Breakfast at the hotel. Boat trip to the ruins of In Thein, the ancient temple ruins, and the village of Inpawkhon. Lunch at a local restaurant and overnight stay.
DIA 4 LAGO INLE – HEHO – MANDALAY
Breakfast at the hotel. Visit to Mine Tauk village and Taw Ya Monastery. Lunch at a local restaurant. Transfer to the airport for your flight to Mandalay. Arrival and transfer to your hotel. Overnight stay.
DIA 5 MANDALAY – AMARAPURA – AVA – MANDALAY
Desayuno en el hotel. Visita a la imagen del Buda Mahamuni, una de las más veneradas del país, con más de una tonelada de oro chapado y piedras preciosas como rubíes, zafiros y esmeraldas. Excursión a Amarapura, antigua capital del reino birmano, donde se puede observar cómo viven los monjes que allí viven y estudian, un taller de tejido de seda y el famoso puente de teca U Bein sobre el lago.
Next, we'll continue to Ava, where we'll take a horse-drawn carriage ride, visiting the 19th-century Okkyaung Monastery and the Bargayar Monastery. Return to Mandalay. Lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, visit the Kuthodaw Pagoda with its 729 marble slabs inscribed with the teachings of Buddha. Finally, enjoy the sunset from Mandalay Hill. Overnight stay.
DIA 6 MANDALAY – MONYWA
Breakfast at the hotel. Road trip to Monywa, located approximately 120 km west. Visit to the famous Thanbode Temple, home to over 550,000 Buddha images, and Boditahtaung Temple Mountain with its enormous reclining Buddha. Lunch at a local restaurant. Transfer to the hotel and overnight stay.
DIA 7 MONYWA – BAGAN
Desayuno en el hotel. Visita a las cuevas de Powintaung (s XII-IV) que albergan más de 400,000 budas tallados sobre la misma cueva y pinturas rupestres centenarias. Almuerzo en un restaurante local. A continuación traslado por carretera hacia Bagan ubicada a 170 kms en dirección sur. Llegada, traslado al hotel y alojamiento.
DIA 8 BAGAN (D/A)
Breakfast at the hotel. We will visit the local market, the 900-year-old Shwezigon Pagoda, the Htilominlo Temple with its impressive wood carvings, and the teak Nathaukkyaung Monastery built on the riverbank, with its ancient scriptures and Buddha images. Next, we will visit the Ananda Temple, one of the most impressive, dating back to the 11th century. We will also see the Dhamayangyi Pagoda and the 12th-century Sulamani Temple. Following this, we will visit lacquerware workshops, specializing in the local craft. Lunch will be at a local restaurant. To end the day, we will watch the sunset over Bagan. Overnight stay.
DIA 9 BAGAN – YANGON
Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to the airport for your flight to Yangon. Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel. Visit Bogyoke Market. (excepto los lunes y días festivos cerrado). Almuerzo en un restaurante local. Visita al templo Chaukhatgyi con su inmenso Buda reclinado de 72 metros de largo y la pagoda Shwedagon, seguramente el templo budista más hermoso que existe. Allí se podrá observar las costumbres de los budistas en sus oraciones y las ofrendas que realizan los creyentes. Cena en un restaurante local. Alojamiento en Yangon.
